Specializing
in styling one-of-a-kind living environments for their discriminating
clientele, the Taylor & Taylor
Partnership acts as a conduit of communication between clients
and craftsmen to orchestrate clients’ desires into realities
within a set timeframe and adhering to available resources. The
Partnership is amply supported by an expert staff of architects
and interior designers of the highest caliber.
How we approach design – Working with our
clients, we listen… to their dreams, their concepts and their
budget. Our design team, under the direction of William and Phyllis
Taylor,
explores the footprint of the property, its natural assets, special
nuances and surroundings. We then bring all of this information together
to design initial drawings, elevations and floor plan that incorporates
proportion, scale and light. A key to our unique approach is identifying
architectural signatures that we have been recognized for that provide
distinctive accents.
How we approach your project – After we have
presented our drawings to our client, once again we listen… to
their excitement in certain facets of the design… their objections
and their recommendations, which are incorporated into revised plans.
From this point, we begin the process of time-lines, providing more
accurate budgets, environmental considerations and special nuances
that will help make the finished project a reflection of the client’s
dreams and practical goals.
What can you expect – Upon
approval of the project, the design team establishes an on-going
monitoring system that insures that their “… fingers
are on the pulse” of the various contactors, engineers and
other construction components. Further, the team works to insure
that all regulatory requirements are met, compliance of codes are
analyzed and addressed, any problems are resolved creatively and
in a timely fashion and that attention is paid to the myriad of details
from the first moment to final occupancy. All of this helps insure
that the original designs and intentions are realized to the satisfaction
of the client.
